The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just outside the city, close to where our friends lived and within easy reach of public transport. The double room was very clean, comfortable and had a superb shower and bathroom both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The breakfast was a buffet style, all you could eat with a large choice to suit everyone's appetite. The staff made sure that the buffet had a great selection all the time regardless of what time you went down for breakfast and where very organised. All the staff were courteous, friendly and approachable. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel as there was a lot of building works near and around the property when we arrived, but we didn't hear any noise. There is ample car parking at the hotel. All in all, if we were to visit Copenhagen again, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

My wife and I spent in the hotel 5 nights. I want to admit a wonderful staff of the reception always smiling and ready to help. I also want to admit an excellent location of the place that you do not mention on your site. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry station wich brings you to the centre and makes it possible to admire the beauty of the city from water. We hope to come to Copenhagen once more and stay in this hotel

The bread was extremely fresh, coffee was good, vegetables fresh. Staff was friendly. Beds were nice to sleep. The room had pleasant temperature. With the sea view, there was no noise from the street. The view was nice as well.

The staff will go out of their way to help. Last time we stayed in a more expensive hotel with more stars down town; the cheaper Scandic turns out to be the better option.
